  Folder Visibility with KML

  According to the Google documentation on KML in Google Maps [http:]
  code.google.com/apis/kml/docum entation/mapsSupport.html), the Folder
  container is in fact supported in a KML file when loaded in a map
  overlay.
  

  However, I am having trouble getting the "visibility" field of a
  Folder to have any effect. When I set it to 0, every placemarker
