API key issued for sit stopped working

What can I do when the API key has stoped working for my site? I tried
to generate a new key, but it gives me the same key and then says it's
not the right one.

Hello,

I have read through various posts and have seen that at this time
Google does not plan to add Street View to the Maps API. Where can I
go to weigh in on adding it. I work at a Tech University and it would
be an amazing resource to use as a virtual campus tour. We already
love our google map of campus.

My map gets 20 tiles from 4 servers: mt0.google.com -> mt3...

Most of the four tile servers deliver tiles in 0.07 - 1.0 seconds:
typically in ~250ms.

But more than half the time, one (sometimes two) of the tile servers
takes 15.1 sec. Obviously, the lag of 15.1 sec is much longer than
the other tile servers. But why 15.1? Why not sometimes 5 sec, and
