Two location on map

I posting two locations to my map but I only have one bubble
location. In the command I have it set up for two bubbles. I would
like the pointer to click on the location and the information
appears. Can anyone give commands that work. I have tried everything
and it does not work.

Locations of private individuals question.

Google states in their terms of use that they don't want their maps to
give the locations of private individuals, but I'm curious what
exactly this means. I know the rule sounds a bit straight forward, but
if I put a marker on a map stating that an individual is somewhere in
the United States would that really be violating their Terms of Use

Details for the Terrain Map (G_PHYSICAL_MAP)

The terrain map is gorgeous; I have two questions:
1) Is there any way to retrieve the terrain/vegetation at the
location user clicks on? That information would be valuable to my
users.
2) Is there a legend that shows how the various colors correspond to
vegetation types? I'm sure my users are going to ask.
