Reverse Geocoding

Is there anyway to do simple reverse geocoding ( obtain street name,
address,..., from coordinates )?

I'm trying to do this for Portugal, so i've followed the bread crumbs
until GeoBase.

I'm looking for a free reverse geocoder service for Portugal... Anyone?
Polygon issues under IE

I've kinda developped an application (i'm new into this), but found
some issues with IE7.

If anyone can figure it out, it would be great! I've been trying to
solve it for quite some time now....

Please check [link] and use "Pesquisa Avançada"
button to see the problem.

You should click with right button once to mark the center, and again
