Calulating WGS84 lat long from State Plane Coordinates easting and northing from values in a table.

I receive a table from our 911 dispatch center that contains easting
and northing values in state plan coordinates nad83 zone III in feet
which I would like to add two additional fields that contain values
for wgs84 in the same table to be used in a web mapping application.
I'm hoping this calculation can happen on update of the data.
