  Range of layers visibility

  I have a maptype with three layers, where two of them are visible in a
  specific range of zoom levels: layer A is visible between levels 7 and
  13, and layer B is visible between levels 14 and 19.
  

  The way I'm making invisible a layer is changing the getTileUrl
  property of the corresponding tilelayer object. This property is set
