Use Map Markers as Named Anchors to Jump from Other Pages

Here is my google map:

If's cool. So people can zoom into it, find markers, hover over them,
and get a info window with a link to other site pages where is the
corresponding site video.

Now . . . I was wondering if I can set those markers up as named
