  Map caching but not loading/Vertical fit map

  Hi,
  

  I've embed the map canvas for GMaps in a div which is nested inside a
  table.
  

  In order to have the map stretch to fill the page, I've given the td
  and tr it is in a height of 100%. I think that this is affecting the
  loading of the page because sometimes the Map will load as gray. If I
  zoom in and then zoom out, the page loads instantly leading me to
