I read late last week that a new online map service had been launched in Korea - called ¡°Wings¡±. It offers a similar experience to Google Maps and Microsoft Earth, with base mapping taken from aerial photography and the augmented by information on local services, places of interest (POI), etc… The service is the result of a partnership between KTH (operator of the Korean portal - Paran) and Geopis (a local mapping provider).
